This is a four hour complete hands on workshop that will teach you the basics of home preservation using the most common method: Water Bath Canning. You will learn how to make a pickle, a tomato and a fruit. You will leave with the knowledge and confidence to do canning on your own.
All equipment, fruit and produce will be provided. Type of fruit depends on what is available.
Bring a friend and make it a fun afternoon on hopefully a beautiful summer day and go home with your own jars of summer goodness!
